2nd Line Support Analyst – Central London – IT Managed Service Provider
2nd Line Support Analyst required by an exceptionally high-calibre and growing IT Manager Service Provider (MSP) in Central London.
Our client provides managed cloud, managed support, managed security, business continuity and consultancy specialist services to Law Firms; they have plans to become the leading MSP to law firms across the UK and Irish legal sector.
The role will require you to provide an exceptionally high level of IT support for numerous legal clients across the business, you will be on client sites when required (this could be one day a week or for numerous days at a time), at the main HQ and also flexibility to work from home.
-Provide 2nd line support to a variety of different legal clients, both onsite and remote
-Ensure incidents are resolves in line with SLAs
-Complete relevant and skilled investigations before escalating to 3rd line
-Mentor and guide more junior members of the team when required
-Previous experience working in an MSP environment
-Experience supporting 2nd line
-Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
– Windows 8.1 and later
-Windows Server 2012 R2 and later
-Microsoft Exchange 2013 and later
-Email security products (i.e., Minecast / MessageLabs)
-Networking knowledge (LAN/WAN technology fundamentals
-Experience with Citrix would be highly beneficial
