MOBILE CHILLER / AC ENGINEER

Small Chiller & AC Company Specialist Company who are based in Kent.
Their work is an even split of Chillers & Air Conditioning for their Client Database.

THE JOB

Mobile role covering London & The Home Counties.
Carrying service, maintenance & breakdown to a wide variety of chillers systems and VRVs, VRFs, Splits & Multisplits.
Working across their portfolio of works.
Monday – Friday
8.30am – 5pm (may vary)

SALARY & PACKAGE

Gross Annual Salary: Up to £44,000/Annum on a PAYE basis. This will negotiable after 6 month
probation is passed. Not inclusive of a yearly discretional Christmas Bonus.
 
Overtime Rates: hourly rate x1.5 will apply midweek evenings & Saturdays. Hourly rate x2 will apply Sundays and Bank Holidays + Holiday in Lue.

Holidays: 22 days standard + Bank Holidays. Holidays increase 1 day per year of service to a
maximum of 27 days + Bank Holidays.
 
Electronic Equipment: Lenovo ideapad 330S Laptop or similar & brand new Smart mobile (iphone)
provided with unlimited data, minutes & texts.

Tools: Brand new equipment with top spec manufacturers such as JAVAC, ITE & TESTO to name a
few. Flexible on personal preference.

Vehicle: Fully Expensed, choice between Ford Transit Custom

Company Pension: Pension will be set up with Government standard “NEST” Pension Scheme after
probation is passed, employee will pay 5% of Salary & Employer will pay 3% of Salary into fund.
 
Call Out Rota: We do not currently have an active call out rota, but we do offer call outs as this is
an integral part of winning and maintaining contracts. We may need to implement a call out rota in
the near future, perhaps for the busy summer months where we have a dedicated out of hours
engineer. This would be paid at £100/week plus overtime.
 
Further Financial Incentives: Lead generation schemes will be implemented for new business.

Example: Your contact/influence leads us to win a maintenance contract, you will be paid 4% of
the yearly contract value for the 1st year & 2% of the original contract value for each consecutive
year the contract is maintained. Eg. Contract Value 10k – You receive £400-year 1 completion &
£200 for each consecutive year after.
 
Training: In the field training will be provided where required and where possible, such as Turbocor
software & chiller refreshers, working alongside senior chiller engineers. Should we as a company
come across any works of interest eg. Crane lifts, compressor strip downs, we would do our best to
ensure that all of the main team are involved in the works. You personally may be asked to carry
out training with other staff members should it suit all parties.
