The Position – Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are looking for an experienced and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school on a long-term basis. The successful candidate must have previous school-based experience and a strong understanding of working with primary-aged children who display challenging behaviour or have social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). You will provide targeted 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils develop coping strategies, build confidence, and stay engaged in learning. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
