* This business development role is within the UK Bid Team based in our London HQ, supporting the team who manage high value and cross-border bids for the Colliers UK business.
* The main responsibility is the bid management of competitive tenders and informal pitching from multiple business lines. The successful candidate will:
* Provide expert strategic bid advisory support to teams pitching for business ensuring quality and consistent delivery of deadlines.
* Formulate effective relationships with clients, so that challenge and direction can be given ensuring Colliers’ approach is benefit-driven and client-focused
