An excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our London Building Consultancy team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of surveying services while supporting professional development toward chartership.
Responsibilities
* Undertake building inspections, condition surveys and professional reports
* Assist with refurbishment and maintenance projects
* Support contract administration duties
* Prepare schedules of work and specifications
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
* Support senior surveyors across multiple projects
Qualifications
* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
* Working toward MRICS (preferred)
* Consultancy or client-side experience desirable
