Business Development Director – Groundworks / Maintenance / Hard Services
National Role – Remote based
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 DOE
We are looking to speak with confident, successful Sales candidates who operate in a senior context.
This role is focused on New Business wins by being an asset and adding value to your client’s needs. You will be working for a well-regarded company who excel in what they do. This is about creating and developing long standing relationships with large corporates. You will have full autonomy over your role and be accountable for your own success.
If you have worked with Top Tier Civils, Rail Companies, Utilities or DNO clients previously, this would be a huge advantage.
Who will you be?
At this level we are expecting you to come with a track record of success in the FM, Maintenance, and B2B Services playing field
Currently operating in a senior SALES position and leading your own team
Comfortable running your own diary and a self-starter
Ability to identify and go after new relationships, preferably with your own contacts
A resilient character who excels in a target driven sales environment
A true ambassador for the company – knowledgeable and personable
You will love people and want to be a part of a company that put their people first- they encourage a collaborative workplace
Experience as a confident C-suite presenter
Excellent working knowledge of bid and tender process
