An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at one of the top private member`s clubs located in the heart of Mayfair.
Your new role

Provide hands on kitchen management whilst working in your section, demonstrate hygienic and health & safety working practices throughout service
• Responsible for the preparation and execution of top quality Mediterranean/Japanese dishes and recipes as directed by the Executive Chef
• Maintaining high standards of cuisine during service to ensure quality assurance and consistency of production
• Demonstrate excellent culinary and knives skills
• Provide a strong work ethic in the section and nurture demi chefs in their learning and development
• Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressureWhat you'll need to succeed

Experience of working in a luxury hotel, Michelin start restaurant or private member’s club (Essential)
City & Guilds or a professional cookery qualification
• Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Impeccable appearance of personal grooming
• Confident, professional, resilient and disciplined
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn

£28.000 per annum based on 45h contract + paid overtime
