Job Title: Combustion Engineer

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 (DOE)

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Combustion Engineer to join a growing engineering services provider in Wandsworth and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer seeking a stable role, excellent earning potential, and long-term career progression.
You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of commercial and industrial combustion systems, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial combustion equipment
Fault finding and diagnostics on burners, boilers, and associated plant
Carry out combustion analysis and performance optimisation
Complete accurate service reports and documentation
Liaise with clients, site teams, and management professionally
Optional: Participate in an on-call rota
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Combustion Engineer
Relevant combustion qualifications (e.g., COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, etc.)
Strong background in commercial/industrial heating systems
Installation experience essential
Full UK driving licence
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
