The role in summary:
This is a leadership role so whilst technical competency is critical, how you communicate, stakeholder engagement/management, and operating as a leader across large-scale operations and cultural transformation will be assessed in this role.
This role requires an agile professional who can work at PACE across large-scale operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work "client-side". The Commercial Partnership business unit is responsible for designing and delivering compelling products and propositions; driving revenue and growth; and managing relationships with customers.
Knowledge of wholesale Telecom products specifically the passive portfolio.
High level of in-depth knowledge of the wider Telecoms industry as a whole – people, processes, service improvement, commercials, technology and regulation.
Strong analytical, strategic skills and demonstratable experience of ability to drive new possibilities by creating the best partnership strategy.
Demonstratable experience of good Customer Relationship Management in which you have been able to deliver positive outcomes for the customer with a proactive, collaborative and responsive approach.The role:
Accountability for c.100 accounts and 5 major competitor accounts.
This role has been identified as necessary in order to separate out the high-level accounts and ensure that the business operate a militant approach to all communications across all aspects of these accounts to safeguard the organisation from future breaches occurring.
This is a leadership role within the high-level accounts team to direct the 5 Business Development Managers in this team to drive the performance across the client accounts. The scope of this role is driven by not solely the revenue, but also the complexity of the customer. As a result of the dual nature of the accounts, as both customers and competition, which this role will focus on the impact of this role is OFCOM policy affecting.
The role holder will be accountable for the ownership and negotiation of claims relating to compensation, SLGs, billing, etc. typically circa £10m plus and responsible for inputting to accurate resource forecasting and resource planning that will affect the ability to meet MSLs, as set by Ofcom.
