Our client, a legal audio transcription/court reporting company is seeking a Digital Transcription Coordinator to join their team. You will have prior experience working in an office environment, dealing with customer/client correspondence.
Dealing with correspondence received through email, post or telephone
Reviewing content and quality of audio recordings
Providing transcription quotes to clients
Dealing with transcriber queries
Liaising with the court including court officers when required
Diary management of caseload
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience maintaining high-quality standards in all areas of work
Able to work to strict deadlines
Previous office experience
Experience dealing with customer complaints would be preferred
Ability to work within a team
