Early Years Manager

Westminster
Pay: £40,000 per annum  

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required the Early Years Manager position are:

Hold a Level 6 Childcare or a recognisable childcare qualification(s)
Have experience of working with young babies and upwards
Experience of working with SEN and disabilities
Be a strong team player with excellent leadership skills

Contract dates:  September 2021- This role will consider either a temp to perm option starting in August or a straight permanent start in September.

The role
The post holder will manage the day to day operations of the nursery.  You will manage the smooth and effective running of Ofsted registered inclusive services for children aged 0-5 years, some with significant special needs.  The Early Years Manager will support the provision of activities and opportunities, which promote equality and full inclusion, giving respectful consideration to the children and their families from different cultural and diverse backgrounds.

This outstanding nursery in Westminster offers and delivers a range of exciting, creative, and innovative specialist and inclusive services to children and young people with disabilities.  This includes those with complex physical and learning disabilities, communication disabilities such as autism and behaviours that can challenge. Requirements

Hold a Level 6 Childcare or a recognisable childcare qualification(s)
Have experience of working with young babies and upwards
Experience of working with SEN and disabilities
Be a strong team player with excellent leadership skills
