Electrical Manager
About the Project –
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee electrical works on a prestigious high-end residential development. This project involves delivering luxury apartments and bespoke residential fit-outs to exceptional standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background managing electrical installations within high-spec residential environments and a strong focus on quality assurance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and electricians, ensuring adherence to project programmes and specifications.
*
Review and interpret electrical drawings, designs, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
*
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits, ensuring installations meet project requirements, British Standards, and client expectations.
*
Implement robust quality assurance and control procedures, maintaining full documentation of inspections, test results, and commissioning records.
*
Manage and oversee test & inspection processes, ensuring all certification and sign-offs are completed accurately.
*
Collaborate closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and other trade leads to support smooth project delivery.
*
Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld, including RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work.
*
Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and standards.
*
Support with snagging, defect resolution, and final handover, ensuring a seamless client experience.
*
Maintain detailed site records including labour tracking, material usage, and progress reporting.
*
Attend site meetings and contribute to overall coordination and project planning.
Required Qualifications & Experience –
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Manager, Electrical Site Manager, or similar role within high-end residential or luxury fit-out projects.
*
Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance processes within electrical installations.
*
Proven track record managing electrical works on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
*
Valid ECS Gold Card.
*
SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
*
Full UK Driving Licence.
