This long-term contract role offers the chance to work on a high-profile site near High Street Kensington, delivering luxury residential and commercial projects with precision and excellence.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on projects valued at £1 million or more
SMSTS Certification
ECS Manager’s Card
First Aid at Work certification
Extensive background in prime residential or high-end residential electrical installations and familiarity with first fix, second fix, fire alarm, and security systems
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all electrical installation works across the prime residential estate, including first fix, second fix, fire alarm, and security systems
Ensure project delivery aligns with program milestones, budget (£2 million), and quality standards required in luxury residential environments
Supervise site-based electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and technical standards
Maintain accurate project documentation, including testing, inspection, and certification, in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition) regulations
Liaise with clients, main contractors, and design teams to oversee progress, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality results on this prestigious project
