Hourly Rate: £16.00–£17.00 per hour (higher rates available depending on experience and payment method chosen)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work available)

We are seeking experienced and reliable Chefs, supporting a range of education and healthcare clients across London. These roles involve working within professional kitchens in schools, colleges, hospitals, and care environments, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals in accordance with specific dietary requirements and client standards
Always maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
Manage stock, ensure proper food storage, and minimise waste
Adhere to health and safety regulations and site-specific policies
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Chef within education or healthcare settings
Enhanced DBS certificate – essential
Valid Food Hygiene and Safety certification (training can be provided if required)
Strong understanding of allergen management and nutritional standards
