Autonomous leadership roleThe Role: As the Head of Global Customer Success you will be responsible for delivering the best possible experience to the end user through the implementation of new processes, financially viable service solutions, and by nurturing the client facing members of the business to deliver market leading customer service. You will be based in Central London, with flexible home working available, and you will have five direct reports. A big part of this leadership position is working with the other internal stakeholders to bring the business together and aligned in its message to the customer. You will also be working with external stakeholders to gather data and experiences in order to drive, and implement, new processes which enhance the company offering.

This is a superb opportunity for a Customer Services or Account Management team manager to make their mark in the organisation long-term.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Have a background in people management in a Customer Service and/or Client Account Management environment
Are able to communicate from all levels: operatives on site through to board level
Are consultative in nature and always put the clients needs first
Have passion & drive to effect market change
Commercially aware and have implemented positive change in previous roles
Experience dealing with the construction industry would be hugely advantageous
