Salary – £24,000-£25,000.
Working Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30.
Annual Leave Entitlement – 25 days per annum increasing 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28 days.

Must have previous experience in administrative role, ideally experience in HR.
Responsibilities – the main responsibilities for the role will include but are not limited to the below:
*Responsible for onboarding co-ordination and administration such as issuing contracts and job offers, induction invite letters and ensuring the relevant departments are notified
*Data Entry on to the HR system
*Share responsibility for Induction presentations with new starters
*Assist with the recording of absence and sickness
*Ensure accurate HR wages information is prepared monthly for handover to Accounts
*Conduct exit interviews
*Cover the HR Admin inbox in the absence of the HR Administrator
*Produce letters for changes to employment terms and conditions such as salary increases, promotions, probations and transfers
*Note taking in Disciplinary & Grievance Hearings etc.
*Complete any other duties that may be required as part of this role to assist the whole HR department.
*A minimum of 1 year's HR experience
*Ability to work with volume and in a fast pace environment
*Good Excel and Word skills as well as professional email etiquette
*High level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
*Promotes strict confidentiality within the department
