HR Advisor role required to start ASAP based at London central office. You will be working with Operations Managers and Directors on HR matters for the entire employment lifecycle but with strong focus on actively leading as HR support on a volume caseload of Employee Relations cases, supporting meetings, writing letters and collating reports. You will be identifying risks to the business and be proactive in providing solutions to manage the company’s exposure to risk. You will act as the HR lead in supporting the Regional TUPE activity, managing all people related aspects of TUPE transfers in and out of the business, ensuring the accuracy of data provided for due diligence, engagement and communication activities and that all correspondence is in line with TUPE legislation. Acting as the HR lead for Change Management activity across Restructures and Redundancies, you will be able to provide timely and accurate advice and support to Business Leaders. Successful candidates must come with proven experience of managing large, busy workload of ER, TUPE and restructure.
