HR & Payroll System Implementation – Assistant to Lead

Circa £55,000 – £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our client a leading Public Sector organisation is currently implementing a new HR, Payroll and Pension system and is seeking someone to assist with the Project Lead with the programme.
We are specifically seeking someone with significant of ERP / HCM / Systems Implementation / Transformation programme covering HR and Payroll.
In summary the role will support the Project Lead who is responsible for driving and overseeing the delivery of the project to implementation a new system to transform the services offered across HR and Payroll.
A key component of the role is your ability to work with the various areas in the People Directorate and the business to ensure excellent process architecture is in place, delivering the required outcomes. This will support the transition from the current ways of working, adopting legacy systems, to new ways of working to support implementation of the new system, and any other changes to process or policy transforming services.

Provide support to the directorate to establish robust process mapping for current ways of working and the assessment of change and transition to new ways of working, enabling process improvement.

Applicant must have
* Previous and recent experience of an ERP / HCM / HRIS / Payroll Systems Implementation / Transformation programme covering HR and Payroll.
* A Project Management Qualification would be advantageous.
