The Inbound Sales Associate position is a critical role managing all inbound enquiries.
Role includes but is not limited to:
Processing of large quantity of inbound requests for office space via email, telephone etc.
Qualifying the requirements of each client, providing options for office space, guiding the client through the process of securing office space and assisting in negotiating their deal with providers
Working to monthly goals and targets
Liaise with the Serviced office providers to book viewings
Managing short- and long-term sales cycles through to completion
Inputting accurate data onto the company CRM (Salesforce) system to record communication history with each client
Ballpark (Apply online only) calls daily
Demonstrate ability to multi-task, communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
Ability to prioritise among competing tasks
Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications eg Outlook, Word
