TimePlan Education is working in partnership with a beautiful school located in Greenwich, SE London seeking an experienced KS2 teacher to deliver intervention lessons to Year 6 students. Alongside intervention, the successful candidate will also be responsible for teaching foundation subjects across key stage 2.
This unique role is to begin in September 2021 and will run for a full academic year finishing at the end of July 2022. The ideal candidate for this Intervention Teacher position will be someone with experience teaching year 6 for at least a year in the United Kingdom. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must for this position.
This Ofsted rated 'good' school offers a very supportive working environment. Staff well-being is at the forefront of school life. Behaviour at the school is exemplary across key stage two and across the wider school. Senior leadership have clear focus and model excellent working practises towards staff. They are always at hand if support is needed. The school has strong links with children's' home/parents and engage the local community as much as possible.
Interviews/lesson observations will commence on 8th June and will run until a suitable teacher is found for this role.
The Intervention Teacher Position:
Teaching intervention lessons to year 6 (individuals and group)
Teaching foundation subjects across KS2
Full time (5 days per week)
September 2021 start
Daily rate up to £180 per day
