Maintenance Engineer – London

This is a hands-on engineering role, responsible for maintaining a wide range of factory equipment and ensuring minimal downtime. We are open to engineers who are mechanically or electrically biased, provided you can demonstrate a strong multi-skilled background.

Salary: £55,000
Monday – Friday, Days Only (7am-3pm)

Key Responsibilities
Execute planned preventive maintenance activities
Diagnose and repair breakdowns quickly to reduce downtime
Maintain automated and semi-automated production machinery
Work with pumps, motors, gearboxes and pneumatic systems
Work to KPIs, while using initiative to identify improvement opportunities
Contribute to a world-class manufacturing operation and CI projects
Skills & Experience Required
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification, or a completed Engineering Apprenticeship
Strong practical maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-skilled team
