Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Office Building – Kensington, South West London – up to £50,000 per annum
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building in Kensington, South West London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing – Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Water flushing / temp checks logs
Boosted water pumps
Fire damper maintenance
Attending Client meeting
General PPMs
Control of sub-contractors
Permit to work system
Maintaining Site logbooks
Requirements
Electrically or mechanically qualified – Level 2 or 3
City & Guilds – 18th Edition
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
