MEP Site Manager
Location: Central London Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + benefits
Conrad Consulting is excited to be supporting a prestigious construction organisation in their search for an experienced MEP Site Manager to deliver high‑end projects across Central London. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering luxury hotels and premium restaurant spaces, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed to an exceptional standard befitting these landmark developments.
The Role
In this position, you will take full responsibility for coordinating and managing all on‑site MEP activities. Working within the fast‑paced world of luxury hospitality construction, you’ll ensure installations meet the exacting standards required for high‑spec environments, while maintaining strict compliance with design specifications, regulations, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all MEP works on-site
Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
Supervise subcontractors and ensure premium-quality workmanship
Maintain full compliance with health & safety regulations
Collaborate closely with the main contractor, consultants, and specialist trades
Track progress against programme and budget
Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems
Resolve technical issues and coordination clashes
Manage documentation including RFIs, reports, and as-built drawings
Skills & Experience Required
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings
Experience in MEP coordination (BIM knowledge advantageous)
Confident leadership and excellent communication skills
Familiarity with relevant building regulations and industry standards
