New Business Executive – Commercial Insurance
Requirements for the New Business Executive
* Minimum of 2 years previous Commercial Insurance experience within a broking environment
* A Technical Understanding of common Commercial insurance policies
* Previous sales and face to face meeting experience with commercial customers
* Outbound calling experience to commercial customers
Key Responsibilities of the New Business Executive
* Representing, introducing and explaining the Confidential Solutions Review Process in the correct manner both verbally and at Face to Face Meetings
* Appointment setting and Lead Generation
* Manage own Data allocation and Prospect Diary CRM system
* Obtain accurate appointment information prior to visiting prospect
* Carry out new business meetings with potential commercial clients
* Be aware of personal monthly, quarterly and annual commission target and embrace training and learning to enhance ability to achieve and exceed agreed targets
* Manage the review process with each prospect using the training provided and carry out the broking within the review process until the sale reaches a conclusion
* Be able to carry out an audit of covers for each client review and be able to identify and explain any gaps in cover or potential “grey areas” for inclusion in the final New Business Report for each Prospect
