We are looking for a motivated, confident Office Coordinator to join our brand new office in London (nearest tube is Angel).

About the role:
As Office Coordinator, your responsibilities will be:
* Meet and greet visitors
* Taking responsibility for all office administration and co-ordination
* Supporting employee general requests
* Small research projects as instructed by different departments
* Support with in-house catering events
* Management of social events
About you:
You will have 1year+ experience in a similar role and be proficient with Microsoft or Google platforms. We are wanting someone who is an innovative thinker and has a proactive approach to work, who is personable and friendly. You should also have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
The details:
This is an ongoing temporary role for at least 12 months, your days will be from 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday (1 hour lunch). If you are looking for a long term/perm position then please apply.
