We are currently recrutiing for an Administrator/Trainee OH Technician

The job role consists of providing a professional administrative support service to all of the clients' nurses within the medical centre and to undertake technician training and activities in line with competencies

Main Responsibilities (Administration) –

Meeting and greeting all visitors to the medical centre in a timely manner
Arranging medical appointments, liaising with the client and their workers across site
Inputting data including medical records and pre-employment screening
Assisting the Nursing team with the collation of statistics for monthly reports
Dealing with queries face to face, over the phone and by email
Assisting the team in the organisation of health promotion material, including ordering posters, flyers and PowerPoint presentations
Assisting the Nurse Manager in managing department stock control including medication and stationery
Arranging team meetings, booking meeting rooms and writing meeting minutes and distributing to the team
Representing the medical centre on the weekly conference call
Maintenance of equipment calibration records
Involvement in ongoing implementation of SEQOHS management systemMain Responsibilities (Technician) 

Pre-placement medical screening 
Safety critical medicals 
Screening to include lung function tests, audiometry tests, drug and alcohol screening and night worker assessments
