One-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant – Bromley – SEN / Alternative Provision – £95–£120 a day (depending on experience) – Full Time – Immediate Start

* One-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant – Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN on a One-to-one basis required

* One-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant – Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, autism or complex needs desirable

* One-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant – Must be confident supporting behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement

* One-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant – Required full time ASAP

The Role – One-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant

Seeking a dedicated and resilient One-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant to provide individualised support to a pupil aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support learning engagement, emotional regulation and positive behaviour throughout the school day. The role involves implementing behaviour support strategies, adapting tasks to meet individual needs and helping the pupil access learning within a safe, structured and supportive environment.
