Position Overview
In this dual-focused role, you will be essential to the company's success. You will manage the entire packaging process for a large range of products, ensuring everything runs smoothly from reprint to delivery. You will also play a key part in the new product development (NPD) lifecycle, helping to bring new, healthy, and innovative organic foods to market.
Responsibilities
Manage packaging reprints for over 500 product lines.
Act as the main point of contact for packaging suppliers.
Monitor and manage packaging stock levels effectively.
Own and maintain accurate product specification data.
Ensure all packaging meets legal and labelling standards.
Support the new product development process from start to finish.
Research new products and conduct feasibility assessments.
Coordinate product samples and internal testing sessions. Requirements
Previous experience in a packaging, NPD, or technical FMCG role.
A genuine passion for food, with an interest in health and wellness.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A degree-level qualification.
Knowledge of food labelling regulations would be beneficial. Benefits
