key responsibilities:
* preparing vehicles and panels prior to painting
* mixing and colour matching paints accurately
* applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat using water-based systems
* carrying out full resprays and localised repairs
* polishing and finishing to a high standard
* ensuring all work is completed in line with bsi and manufacturer standards
* maintaining a clean and safe working environment
requirements:
* previous experience as a paint sprayer within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
* confident using water-based paint systems
* ability to produce high-quality finishes in a fast-paced environment
* strong attention to detail
* team player with a good work ethic
