Our Client is a global legal firm, specialising in risk, regulatory and M&A strategy. The firm is a trusted partner and a recognised world leader in the areas of litigation, arbitration, competition and investigations.
On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Process Workstream Lead- Workday Transformation – for a (22 Month) contract based in either London or Manchester.
Purpose of the Role:
The HR Transformation Programme has completed the discovery phase and is now commencing with design and delivery.
The Programme outcomes will be delivered through five core workstreams, including the Process workstream, the objective of which will be:
Create clear, consistently annotated, end to end business process maps aligned to different elements of the process taxonomy that represent a 'happy path' to processing.
Identify and catalogue technical requirements throughout process and ensure any design decisions are ratified by HRLT/Change Board
Identify and catalogue employee experience factors relevant to processes including pain points, moments that matter and wider change impacts to ensure the impact on the business is understood.
Oversee the technical aspects of implementing processes including configuration, E2E testing and UAT.
Identify quick wins and opportunities for the future to ensure the company are maximising value within processes and have a view to the future way of working.
Identify and ratify local variations of global processes whereby they have a legal or regulatory basis.
HR working to an agreed and signed of HR process taxonomy that drives the TOM.As a Process Workstream Lead – Workday you will be responsible for:
Provide weekly progress updates, update Project Plan and manage Workstream RAID
Support Change and Comms with the HTOM/process key messages for various audiences
Help develop the future TOM and Service Delivery Model
Drive and support continuous improvement and inclusion of innovative solutions across all parts of the process streams, based on feedback from customers, customer experiences, trends and root cause analysis.
Ensure that a clear point of accountability has been established and is working within the organization for escalations and feedback
Reduce complexity by establishing global, regional and local accountabilities within each process and clear direction on what can be adapted locally
Create an environment that encourages consistent process standards which support standard deployment of processes reducing local variations and creating visibility of minimal controls
Work closely with HRTOM Team to communicate process dependencies and identify the roles that will underpin processes.
Provide SME and/ or leadership of high impact/ high risk global projects (e.g. JV, Future Focus) where backfill / funding for core GPO role is providedWhat we require from the candidate:
Someone who has a lead a process team to design global end to end processes, with workday in that process.
Need to be clear on the how and help coach and mentor people and bring them up to speed. How do you define a global process.
Workday background is a must
Strong TOM / RAID background.
