An exciting opportunity has emerged for a specialist Property Manager to join one of our largest Housing Association clients on a permanent contract. This is a full time (35 hours per week) role based in South London and offers remote working.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of an excellent residential management service and customer experience with regards to key housing developments.
The client is keen for the successful candidate to possess previous experience of:
*Successfully managing large/complex multi-tenure developments, providing day-to-day property management services.
*Implementing and delivering an excellent residential block management service for key developments.
*Being accountable to residents and other stakeholders for how their homes are managed, money is spent and services they receive.
*Leading on-site management team to ensure estate and buildings are managed to a high standard.
*Ensuring regular inspections of communal areas, retained spaces and public realm so they are maintained to the highest standard and all heath and safety regulations are met.
*Ensuring that the building maintenance systems are actively monitored and any alerts are promptly acted upon.
*Supervising and managing contracted services, such as cleaning, ground maintenance, security services etc.
*Ensuring reactive repairs, asset compliance and planned maintenance are delivered to an excellent standard.
*Working alongside the Finance team to prepare service charge estimates and year-end accounts, managing services within budget.
*Overseeing major works projects in conjunction with other teams and leading on any necessary S20 consultations.
*Providing high levels of customer service and meeting a wide range of customer expectations.
*Ability to read interpret and apply contractual and lease provisions.
*Recruiting, managing and developing staff in customer service environment.
*Knowledge of affordable housing tenures (i.e. Shared Ownership, Affordale Rent etc).
As the client is keen for the candidate to hit the ground running previous experience of carrying out a similar role within housing association or public sector client would be beneficial.
