We're looking for a Refrigeration Managing Engineer to lead and support a team of talented engineers across London and the surrounding areas. You'll be the go-to person for technical guidance, job planning, and keeping everything running smoothly day-to-day.
What you'll be doing
Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of refrigeration engineers
Overseeing service, maintenance, and reactive work on commercial refrigeration systems
Getting hands-on when needed to solve complex technical issues
Making sure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
Building strong relationships with clients and keeping communication clear and positiveWhat we're looking for
Extensive CO₂ refrigeration experience
Proven background in managing or supervising a team of engineers
Strong technical skills across commercial or industrial refrigeration
F-Gas certified and full UK driving licence
A positive leader who enjoys supporting others and getting the job done rightWhat's in it for you
