Key Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of high-performing care homes, ensuring consistently exceptional standards of care and hospitality across all locations
Coach, support, and develop General Managers to become confident, values-led leaders through regular mentorship and professional development
Champion innovation and service excellence across care, dining, lifestyle, and operations
Work collaboratively with colleagues across all functions to align goals and elevate performance
Uphold and promote a warm, inclusive culture built on trust and accountability
Cultivate a high-performance culture where team members feel empowered to thrive
Identify and grow future leaders across the region
Celebrate success, share best practice, and encourage continuous improvement throughout all homes
Lead on regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and risk management
Ensure every home is inspection-ready every day, with a relentless focus on quality outcomes
Build trusted relationships with key partners including the CQC, NHS, and local authorities
Represent the organization with pride and professionalism, both internally and externally
Take ownership of care homes' quality outcomes and performance within the group
Maintain regular presence across all care homes, focusing support where needed mostRequired Skills & Experience
Significant experience in care home management or senior operations leadership
Strong understanding of CQC requirements and regulations
