A welcoming Primary School in Brent is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join their team on a long-term, temp to perm basis.
The Role – School Site Manager
As the Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school’s facilities. You will be responsible for:
*
Managing and supervising contractors on-site.
*
Carrying out general maintenance, site safety, and security checks.
*
Using a computer to log maintenance requests, compliance checks, and health & safety records.
*
Ensuring all health and safety standards are met, including being trained in COSHH.
*
Opening and closing the school premises daily.
*
Supporting the leadership team in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
*
Previous experience as a Site Manager, Caretaker, or Facilities Manager (preferably in a school).
*
Confident in using IT systems for logging compliance, health & safety, and maintenance.
*
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, including COSHH training.
*
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
*
Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
