The role in summary:

This is a leadership role so whilst technical competency is critical, how you communicate, stakeholder engagement/management and operating as a leader across large-scale operations and cultural transformation will be assessed in this role.

This role requires an agile professional who can work at PACE across large-scale operations.

Business Function:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work "client-side". The IP Implementation and Copper Products unit are responsible for designing and delivering compelling products and propositions across the organisation.

The team are accountable for migrating a high number of customers from copper to fibre. This role will shape and lead the delivery of the move away from legacy products to the future of communications in the UK as the organisation builds out the large scale FTTP network.

Experience required:

A product expert highly skilled in their ability to improve and enhance product portfolio through thought leadership and exemplary product management which has resulted in positive commercial outcomes for the organisation.
Will be experienced in ensuring legal and regulatory obligations are met and Product Terms & Conditions and in-life auditing are in place for launch.
Understands the principles of product forecasting and is able to demonstrate application of these for your own product area; calculating base line forecasts and inputting to future forecasting.
Deep understanding of relevant markets and emerging trends, key competitors, technologies and market dynamics that can look to be applied to creating a better future for customers and able to convey this in a meaningful way to key stakeholders and customers to drive positive outcomes.The role:

In this role, you will be accountable for the implementation of migration strategy and stop sell approaches to deliver this migration. You will own the industry engagement and working groups to help define and scope the business migration approach away from legacy copper products.

A good outcome for the business is to move over 15m customers to All IP products by 2025. A poor outcome for the business is to miss this deadline and have to extend the life of the PSTN. The business partners expect a smooth migration experience for end customers, so it's critical to get this right.

Responsible for the product(s) specification.
Overall accountability for the planning, budgeting & cost control of development budget assigned revenue of c£2bn.
Ownership of CP SOR's from assessment through to delivery of final solution. Ensuring regulatory requirements are met delivered on time.Benefits:
