The Role:
I am looking for a commercially driven, new business-focused Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a successful sales team. This opportunity is for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and owning the entire sales cycle.
You will play a critical role in expanding client base and helping top-tier B2B vendors reach senior stakeholders in some of the UK's most forward-thinking organisations.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and convert 100% self-generated leads into long-term clients
Craft and pitch tailored sponsorship packages aligned to partner objectives and editorial themes
Engage directly with senior decision-makers in Marketing, HR, and IT
Negotiate and close strategic deals end-to-end
Keep CRM data up to date, providing accurate sales forecasting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sponsor delivery and client satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales or B2B media sales
Proven track record of closing new business
Self-starter, proactive, and resilient
Strong communicator and skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders
Experience with Marketing, HR, or IT audiences is a strong plus
Based anywhere in the UK, with full right to work
Comfortable working remotely in fast-moving, target-driven environment
