If you have experience in managing a busy Supporter Care team, delivering an engaging customer service, you can help us meet our goal of delivering an excellent supporter experience, every time.
We have ambitious plans to deliver a memorable and proactive service to anyone engaging with Mind. Our unrivalled service will support our three-year fundraising objective; increasing the number of supporters donating to us by 33%.
You will need:
* Excellent team management skills
* Experience of working in a fast paced, customer service team
* Experience of highlighting and improving customer service processes
* Experience of training and developing individuals and teams
