A growing payments startup with an adaptable platform are looking to bring on a Technical Application Support Analyst to technically support system integrations and manage their global IT Service Management System.

Responsibilities of the Technical Application Support Analyst:

Resolving any operational issues under incident achieve resolution
Identifying, analyzing and resolving issues during integration projects,
Analyzing API calls or data to problem solve any issues
Onboarding new device partners and provide technical support throughout the process
Liaise with cross departmental teams like Engineering for any critical alerts
Requirements of the Technical Application Support Analyst:

Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Application Support Engineer, Technical Analyst, or similar
Payments background will be highly regarded
Solid technical background with excellent SQL skills
Working knowledge of REST APIs
Strong written and verbal communication skills to speak to different stakeholders and internal teams
