This Federation of schools in East London is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support one of its primary schools on all aspects of HR recruitment and administration.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a varied role in which you will be fully involved in all aspects of administration including managing absence records, processing maternity and paternity pay, CPD and flexible working. You will support the Head Teacher and senior Managers on any queries relating to benefits, policies and up to date processes.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle relating to the school, from advertising to scheduling and arranging interview tasks. You will liaise with payroll on new starters and leavers and ensure all information on the School Workforce Census and Single Central Record is accurate and current.
You will be a self starter with experience of a similar HR role. This is a busy and demanding position and you must be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and written skills are essential as you will be liaising and supporting staff across the school. This is a full time role to work on site with the potential to go permanent and coupled with excellent staff development.
