Key responsibilities
Underwrite Upstream & Midstream Energy portfolio to ensure profitability and growth.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and broker counterparts.
Make data-driven underwriting decisions through account assessments and portfolio analysis.
Monitor aggregates and catastrophe exposure, ensuring accurate data capture and compliance.
Collaborate efficiently within established workflows to support business objectives.Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with experience in the Energy market.
Proven experience in the insurance industry, ideally within the Upstream or Midstream Energy sector.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI for portfolio analysis.
Experience with Catastrophe and Aggregation Management software is advantageous.
CII qualification (or progress towards it) preferred
