Purpose of the role of a warehouse documentation administrator
Our Heston based client is urgently looking for a competent and accurate administrator to join their team. Due to workload and expansion this opportunity has been created – an exciting time to join the business. In this role you will be providing support to the shipping warehouse carrying out a range of administrative tasks.
Ability to Multitask under pressure.
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
40 hour week:
Sunday 6am – 4pm
Monday-Wednesday 10am – 6pm
Thursday 10am – 4pmKey Responsibilities
To provide administration support for the Packing Operation
To include agency timesheets, DPD printing, Gifting processing, creation of route sheets and weekly reporting Dealing with telephone enquiries
Adhoc administration as required
Provide reception cover as required.
Excellent Customer Service skills
High Attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Excel and Microsoft Word (Intermediate to Advance User)
