Workplace Platform & Project Lead


Up to £50,000 per annum + benefits

18 Month Contract

We have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Platform & Project Lead, ideally with FM experience and knowledge, to join one of my clients large, global accounts in London.

This role will have a main focus on the Workplace Experience Platform (WEP), and it sits as part of the Digital Transformation and Reporting team. You will be required to orchestrate the adoption of WEP initiatives across the client's UK Estate and drive benefits for broader territories. The role will lead on the implementation of new and existing WEP solutions in the UK in line with the global development roadmap.

About the role:

Implement new WEP initiatives for UK & broader enterprise benefits for the client
Actively engage with different teams to ensure UK requirements are represented in WEP development roadmap
Support any system integration needed for delivery of WEP solutions.
Be the SME for internal and external stakeholders
Interact with IT and business teams as required to support WEP and keep accurate records of communications/solutions to improve resolution management.
Report progress on active WEP projects to stakeholders.
Serve as 1st point of contact for all technical enquires
Work with the App developers to deliver support model to manage performance issues
Be proactive to the prioritisation of work and activities related to the role
Able to calmly assess and engage with stakeholders to support use of the App and provide solution to complex technical issues
Able to respond to changing priorities whilst ensuring critical processes are appropriately maintained.Experience Required:

Experience working in a digital and Application environment
Able to deliver high quality work to deadlines and manage own time appropriately
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in email, by phone and in physical/virtual presentations to user groups
Comfortable in engaging stakeholders and teams effectively at all levels
Self-starter and capable to work independently with limited support
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form; excellent presentation skillsIt is ideal for this role if you have experience in the Facilities Management/Service industry, however this isn't essential.
